Resolutions - Day 224 - Week 32

204 pounds. A gain of about 4 pounds.

Not bad, considering we were on vacation for two weeks and I was not able to exercise or follow my diet closely. 

I am surprised that I only gained 4 pounds over two weeks. This leads me to think that perhaps that stuff may be true about being able to reset what the body thinks is its proper weight.
